Press Pipe & Fitting Systems
It is a system of thin-walled steel tubes and fittings for the creation of thermo-hydraulic systems, assembled using electromechanical pliers. The pressing ensures a permanent deformation between the fitting and the pipe, while the compression of the rubber gasket (O-ring) located at the end of the fitting ensures a perfect seal that can withstand pressures up to 16 bar and operating temperatures up to 16 bar. up to 120 °C .
Compared to other materials such as plastic, iron or copper joined by conventional technologies such as threading or welding, metal press fittings offer numerous advantages and are suitable for use in various applications in the civil and industrial fields: sanitary water, gas, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, fire-fighting systems, compressed air, solar thermal ... and much more.
